A few clear guidelines help appointments run smoothly and make sure every client receives Charlie’s full care and attention.
We understand that emergencies happen. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a R100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice incur a R300 cancellation fee, payable by EFT.
Please arrive with clean lashes for a 2- or 3-week infill. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain, the appointment will be treated and charged as a full set.
Treatments can be paid for by cash, card or EFT.
